I started karate in February 1985 under sensei wicks in Fleet also training under sensei Suzuki on many occasions.

I competed at many national championships at Crystal Palace. I have learned a lot and am still learning from my instructor sensei wicks. I have been passing on some of his knowledge at children's classes for the last 16 years.

I am currently teaching at the weybourne village hall Farnham surrey 6.30 to 7.30pm every Friday. Over the years karate has given me more confidence strength of character both physically and mentally. I will always continue to learn.
